Believing that the human hates him, Derek tells himself that it might be for the best. His heart can't take anymore disappointments. However, that doesn't mean that the alpha doesn't care for the only human in the pack and seeing him this depressed and anxious makes Derek's wolf go absolutely crazy. Although, everyones lives changes one late afternoon when Stiles gets a hysterical call from Scott, telling him to get to Deaton's and when he arrives, it felt like he forgot how to breathe. There in front of him stood the girl he practically murdered a year ago. In front of him stood Allison. Derek finds himself in a difficult spot when he mistakenly sleeps with Stiles. The two agree to forget it, but Derek can't. Before long, it's becoming a regular thing. Now, Derek has to deal with the issue of falling even more for Stiles or losing him all together. Stiles never dreamed of waking up next to Derek, but it's now a regular thing. However, he has to keep his emotions in check so Derek doesn't realize how he truly feels all while keeping their 'relationship' a secret from the pack and fighting the new big bad in town.

When Derek's pack notice something a little off, they send Stiles to save the day of course because almost everyone knows that Derek has a soft spot for the human boy. Almost everyone. Sterek fan fiction. Safe for work! Mature content

When Derek gets a call that Stiles has been found unconscious in the woods, he rushes to the hospital only to find the man he loves more than anything doesn't remember who he is.
