What if Izuku got a quirk that was basically built for him a shield hero quirk. only thing I'm changing is giving him a pop up menu on the shield and original shield's. obviously he don't have health bars or a hud. Also, I don't suck at writing anymore so this shits going to be easy to read now.

They learn that the child was experimented upon and has a dangerous quirk and if left in the wrong hands can cause a lot of chaos and destruction.
