At least, that's how it's supposed to be... This story will revolve primarily around the perspective of Shuichi Saihara and Kaede Akamatsu

Kaede Akamatsu joins Hopes Peak Academy only to find a boy who becomes her best friend, Shuichi Saihara. With friends, enemies, and a hidden past, how will Kaede and Shuichi find out what their relationship holds?

After surviving the V3 killing game, Shuichi, Maki, and Himiko wake up to a place they haven't seen before...and are treated to a hopeful surprise, but even after their wonderful surprise, it seems as though the killing game isn't over just yet...

ah yes, another drv3 story. saimatsu/amamatsu based OoP in this book, drv3 was a virtual simulation. you'd stay inside that virtual world until you died. once you died, you'd come back to the real world and live your life as if nothing happened. because once you died, you also lost your memories of what happened. but there was a mistake in this season of danganronpa nobody knew about. everyone's memories stayed. once they died, they'd remember. their in-game personas also stayed. kaede akamatsu, the first executed, vowed to find everyone else who participated in the 53rd killing game, and become friends with them like she promised. there wasn't a trace of the "i have zero faith in humanity" kaede. there was only "i believe in all of you!" (okay so for saimatsu/amamatsu, kaede still loves shuichi and shuichi loves her back, but in the course of time where its just rantaro and kaede in the real world, rantaro falls in love with kaede.)

A Hopes Peak Academy without despair? Shuichi Saihara and Kaede Akamatsu are first years at Hopes Peak Academy and together they get through their high school life in the most prestigious school in the nation. Shuichi Saihara is the Ultimate Detective that definitely needs a little bit of a confidence boost. He has doubts if an apprentice detective like him can really be considered the Ultimate Detective. Kaede Akamatsu is the Ultimate Pianist that has a bunch of confidence! But, she does talk about piano a lot, making her feel annoying. Watch as they expand their relationship together as they get through their troubles.
