When our eyes met, the memories all came rushing back. From throwing her the bread to saying goodbye at the Lightening Tree to the red plaid dress on the first day of Kindergarten. I remembered it all so much clearer, the shiny memories seemed to fade to so much dimmer terrors. But she's nearly dead. How can I convince her to go on, that life is still worth living. How can I reignite the fire that burns in the eyes of Katniss Everdeen, the girl who was on fire, without getting burned in the process. (My second After Mockingjay story. I just want to make one a little more true to the books. This is not discontinuing Help Me Make It Through The Night and Here I Go Again. I just want to write a different view of what could have happened.)

"Will you stay with me?" He asks as if he's unsure. I look him in the eyes and kiss his hand. "Always." I whisper. Book 1 Peeta loved her first and she loved him second, or was it all just a ploy to survive? They were thrown into the games together, but only one could come out. . or so they said. Book 2 Katniss and Peeta have managed to survive the hunger games. But what the Capitol will throw at them next will require more then just wits and cunning. Will they make it through the rough waters, or will they crash and slowly fall apart? Book 3 You can only live with half of yourself for so long before you break. . or at least that's what people have been telling her. Katniss Everdeen is a cheerleader, and she has the best of friends. As she tries to balance her school life with her friends, she also realizes that she might have feelings for one of them. Katniss tries so hard to not let people get to her and hurt her, she knows how to protect her feelings, but when it comes to Peeta Mellark, will she be able to?

The Careers of the 74th Hunger Games were viewed as cold-blooded, vicious killing machines, when in reality they were the opposite. They feel emotion, pain, happiness. They were just trained the think that emotion is weakness, and weakness is unacceptable. This is their story in the Hunger Games. Their struggles and their victories. It will be in their perspective of the 74th Hunger Games. The POV's will include Cato, Clove, Glimmer, Marvel, Nicole (D4), Peeta (when in the Careers), and maybe Plasmic or Noah (D3) whichever name I choose at the time... (FYI I already have the story planned out, what is going to happen. Please don't give me any ideas of how it should end because I have the perfect ending for this story. Also if your not interested, no need to continue. Plus, Glimmer is going to be nice in this story.(tries not to laugh) yeah like that's gonna happen.
