An Unknown Hero woman that is discovered and sought after by reporters and the hero society alike after saving a kid from a sludge villain, outing herself to the world. After berating the civilians for insulting the heroes for not being able to do their jobs the world turns to her for answers. She explains simply that the civilians were morons, she admitted that what the kid did was heroic but idiotic. Then goes on to tell them that the kid had better chances than the heroes. One hero had a possibility dying without even getting near the villain, and the other purely having a strength quirk which also didn't help in terms of getting rid of fire, along with the issue with him having to deal with a slime like substance rather than an object that he could grab on to. Okay, in simple words, let's just say that the world caught notice of the woman. Pictures taken from Pinterest, Mha world does not belong to me. Namura Yuji was a normal 15 year old with a pretty crappy quirk. He's quite the trouble maker; a delinquent at school with questionable marks and friends. He starts running drugs for extra cash and runs into trouble when a group of scientists try to steal his delivery of Trigger (a drug that enhances the users quirk temporarily) off him. They release some sort of monster on him and to get away he injects himself with the drug, enhancing his own quirk. Except it isn't temporary, it sticks around. So now he's got a way better, not crappy quirk. Becoming a teenage vigilante is the logical next step, of course. Meeting Eraserhead was purely an accident and anything past that was just bad luck. (obviously I don't own bnha. I feel like all my stories center around U.A and school life so I wanted to shake things up with a character that doesn't enter U.A at all. I also wanted to work with a quirk that looks pretty unassuming at first.)

Harper Rye can, to put it simply, read minds. It's not something she consciously does. Her quirk simply allows her to pick up people's thoughts, regardless of whether she wants to or not. The fact that she can't turn it off makes having such a power nearly unbearable. To make matters worse, she's somehow managed to fall under the radar of the super-genius principal of UA high, Nezu. He's sure there's a traitor amongst them, and is convinced Harper is the key to finding them and shutting them down. Plunged into a world she never wanted to be in, Harper finds herself on the fast track to becoming a hero, maybe managing to make some friends for once in her life, and quite possibly saving Japan from near-certain destruction.
