During the Second Giant War, the battle with Gaea, Percy lost his friends, the seven, including his wise girl. The demigods had won, Camp Half-Blood, Camp Jupiter, and the Olympians were safe now. Yet, it didn't feel like victory at all to Percy. Percy decided to walk out of the camp barrier, to escape from the memories, from the pain. He didn't care where, as long as he could get far away. He wanted it to be done. The guilt, the sadness, he wanted it to be over, he didn't want to feel any of that. Unbeknownst to him, he ended up on the streets of Gotham city. Where he encountered the hero dressed in black with a bat symbol on his chest. He was saved by the Dark Knight himself, the hero of Gotham. What could possibly go wrong? Or... right? With the war coming to an end, this is truly the end. The demigods get to go home, back to camp, or wherever they need to be, and they finally get to relax. Well, sort of. A lot of things happened over the course of the last year for everyone, and with everything dying down, they now have time to think about it. Some people think too much. Others avoid it. But Percy Jackson has to go through it a second time, regaining the memory of everyone he watched die. Again. And it might just kill him this time.

Without a literal voice, Percy wasn't everything we know him to be. He's a great fighter. He's an amazing person. But people think he's rude because he doesn't talk, and he's also not elected leader of Camp. But rather, he's stuck in his head a lot. Thinking, mainly about the fact that if ever came out as what he really is- gay, he'd lose all of the very little he had. For Nico di Angelo, the very talkative little brother of Bianca di Angelo, it frustrated him that Percy never talks. Nico is openly gay, and will admit to having a small (not) crush on the son of Poseidon. I mean, who could blame him, right? At least he wasn't afraid to admit it, unlike a certain demigod.

In Tartarus, something was turned on in Tartarus. It had nothing to do with Tartarus. Really, it had nothing to do with the gods in general. And Percy himself never realized this. Sure, he'd have shortages. But that's just the ADHD. When he has a seizure, people realize that he has something going on. Something Percy himself doesn't even know about.

Tartarus has finally taken its toll on the sea god's son. Now that the giant war is over how will the sea green eyed demigod recover from the nightmares caused by Tartarus. Will the daughter of Athena be able to save him or is it another of his friends and admirer to help him out. Specifically a dark eyed, black haired, Half-Italian demigod. First book I hope it's good. This was officially the most uncomfortable day of Percy's life. ----- "Percy, I don't know what happened to you when you were young, but denying that it ever happened isn't the answer."
