This is the second book for the series of Bagginsheild FanFic I am writing. The dwarves find them selves I'm a dangerous forest, and are shortly taken to Mirkwood where they must escape the dungeons. One of them is wounded during an escape. Thorin and the others find the lonely mountain, in time for Durins Day.

New take on the Hobbit

When Bilbo saved Thorin from Azog, he realized that his feelings for Bilbo where far beyond friendship (and the misty mountains) , but does he feel the same way? A lot of fluff, pining and ass-saving-Bilbo! Everybody lives AU! Bilbo stays in Erebor. Slow-burn, Bilbo's done with everything, and a LOT of crack. So welcome aboard to the Captain Oblivious! A bit of swearing in later chapters. Oh. And talking of erections. Not literally, but in a way. A lot. Spoiler: Of course he does.

Even after Bilbo returns to his hobbit-hole, things aren't the same. There is an empty space that he didn't even know was there to be filled. Now, however, he is acutely aware. There is a beautiful tragedy to healing from a loss, Bilbo copes with the help of an acorn. Bagginsheild. Lots of it. Fluff and tragedy after the hobbit.
