Izaya hadn't always voiced his opinions, sometimes it was easier to leave them unsaid or written down. Maybe he wouldn't of been hated by everyone if he left them that way. But sometimes it's hard to stay silent forever.

It is normal, that everytime Izaya goes to Ikebukoro it won't take long for Shizuo to appear. And after this they will start their hunting game. Izaya is mostly in Ikebukoro because of his work, but also because he loves it to piss of Shizuo. That's something he already enjoyed since high school. But today was the day where he really hoped not to bump into Shizuo and the reason was he got a cold. Due to this fact he kinda doubted, that playing with Shizuo would go as smoothly as usual, and to be honest he would've preferred to stay home, but his work forced him to go to Ikebukoro. So what will happen if he encounters his monster in this state?

Shizuo is a human with abnormal strength who has a heart of pure gold, even though his temper sometimes gets out of control. Izaya is a cunning vampire who always repays people for helping him out or giving him blood, so they can't use him as blackmail later. Shizuo helps a passed-out Izaya and saves his life in the process. Izaya wants to repay Shizuo for saving his life by becoming his servant, but Shizuo doesn't think Izaya owes him in the slightest. The two eventually compromise, though Izaya's not pleased. "I'll become your servant, slave, pet, whichever one you prefer to call it, and I'll listen to all of your orders, no matter what it is, until I decide that my debt has been paid off." "No."

Izaya the information broker who thinks he is a god and see's humans as nothing but entertainment has a weakness? Shizuo who though he was nothing but a heartless bastard see's his weak and caring side How will Shizuo react to this new side of Izaya. It's been the same routine everyday. Shizuo being late, Izaya annoys him and later on they try to kill each other. Shizuo notices that Izaya doesn't bother him anymore. "Why?" When Shizuo sees something he shouldn't have in the nurse's room he gets dragged into this mess. Shizuo asks Izaya a question that he soon regretted afterwards.
