~•~ 26 year old, Connor Deluca, is a professional Hockey player in the NHL; who just moved into the expensive Citrus Grove Community. 23 year old, Serena Jade, is the recluse famous author known to the public only under her pen name Skylyn Voss, and is unfortunately Connor's neighbor. Connor moves into the huge and gorgeous house right next to Serena's own big and beautiful home. The pair immediately form a growing hatred for one and other when Connors first "house warming party" involves blasting music at 2 am and his guest puking in her petunia's. He's a bad boy party animal, and she likes her quiet where she can stay inside and read all day. Nothing in common at all. In fact complete opposites. Yet, Connor can't seem to get the outline of Serena's perfect curves out of his lustful thoughts and Serena finds herself fantasizing about Connor's chiseled body on top of hers. Sexual tensions and ever growing lust sets the two a flame with desires they wish they could ignore.

"Close your eyes." he croaked, I did as I was told without any disobedience. "Have you any idea how badly I want to kiss you right now?" I shook my head in reply. "Badly, so fucking badly." he whispered as his harsh breath fanned across my cheek. Dark haired and tattooed, Xavier looked like the ultimate bad boy...but weren't bad boys meant to have that boyish charm? The thing is, Xavier was extremely guarded, hot headed and quite frankly, scary. In fact, Xavier was many things but romantic and loving wasn't two of them. He was a building half built, a puzzle with half of the pieces missing... Until he met me. Warning: Bad language (lots of). A possessive delinquent that is guaranteed to make you smile (or cry.)

**FAIR WARNING: YOU WILL HAVE TO BE PATIENT WITH CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT, BUT IT IS THERE, AND WORTH THE READ. IF YOU ARE OVERLY SENSITIVE, DO NOT READ THIS BOOK* Logan Pierce and Noah Locke are sworn enemies. Both at the top of their class, holding themselves to the highest standards; both captains of their volleyball teams, Logan as the girls captain, Noah as the boys; and both constantly playing seemingly harmless pranks to get back at one another. Or, at least, they're usually harmless... If one thing is true, Noah Locke and Logan Pierce are not friends. But does that mean they could never be friends? Or transcend their title as enemies? Logan might take things too far sometimes, but there's a reason behind the angry front she puts on, and in order to get behind it, someone needs to show her that there's more to life than being the best at everything. Cue Noah Locke. When the two volleyball teams are sent away to a team bonding camp for a week over Fall break, Logan and Noah must learn to get along for the sake of their teams. Partnered up and made to do activities together and bond, the goal is for Noah and Logan to stop this ongoing feud. And when something happens at the bonding camp that brings Logan's vulnerable side up to bat, Noah is the one who has to bring her back. While Logan and Noah explore something other than hatred for one another, there are secrets and people who could be working in toll to bring them apart. But will they be able to transcend those factors and stop fighting for once? Or were they destined to be enemies forever? "Better Than You" challenges the idea that enemies have to stay enemies forever, and proves that if you don't run away from love, you may just find where you were meant to be.

"If you turn your back to me again, you better be bending over, sweetheart." *** Everyone warns you about boys who go looking for troubles, who have bruised knuckles and split lips, whose eyes are so dark that it seems like they could swallow oceans and come out alive, about the boys who look like danger, but no one warns about boys who stay silent for way too long, or ones with rings under their eyes, boys with sad eyes and boys who whisper things so sweet, so quietly that you wonder if he was an angel. Everyone warns you about the bad boys, but no one seems to warn you about the broken ones. Bar Red was a broken boy who finally finds someone to help mend his scattered pieces. Everyone saw him as the untrustworthy, unstable beast who was more than willing to punch anyone's face in. Swear words and bad habits mixed with smirks and wicked grins are enough to ward anyone off. But, apparently for Clementine, that's exactly what pulls her in. She has no clue what she's getting into but she's about to find out. She wasn't innocent, not by far, but she had dignity, a warm aura, niceness, and stubbornness that could rival a mule. Mix that with Bar's possessiveness and overprotective behavior, some interesting situations will definitely arise. Adding in the fact that Clementine had to tutor Bar for the rest of the school year and his almost instinctual urge to be apart of her life, they are bound to get close. Bar swears, Clementine hates it. He fights, she glares while bandaging up his knuckles. She reads instead of eats and he refuses dinner until she joins him. He is rude and she ignores him until he apologizes. Both, easily, frustrate the other while simultaneously falling into love. Broken boys are the only ones that can fix themselves so will this broken boy manage to do so before he drives away the one girl who wiggled her way past every barrier? This is the story of a broken bad boy clashing with the sad good girl. * #1 in the Red series Stand alone

Sierra Lancaster has had an agonizingly mediocre life. She grew up in a happy home, made loyal friends, graduated college, and is now pursuing her dream of running her own bakery. Boring, right? A story like this wouldn't be one for the books. At least not until you bring a hot neighbour into the mix. A tall, brooding, shredded (like, wash your clothes on those abs shredded), and wildly successful sports agent. Interested yet? It gets better. Said neighbour isn't just a rando, but Sierra's childhood nemesis that made her formerly chubby days a living hell. Now we're talking, aren't we? Holden Rey has always been the golden boy. Holden...golden...you following? You'd think the bitchy universe would do its job and throw some karma his way but to no avail. Not only has he got it all, but he knows it too. He also still has it out for Sierra and resumes being a jack-ass of epic proportions (and his ass ain't his only epic proportion) as soon as he realizes who the new girl next door is. It's the same old story with these two except this time, there's unwilling attraction and sexual tension underneath all the hate. Is it just lust or does the bitchy universe actually have a plan? So maybe this story is one for the books after all. *A hilarious, enemies-to-lovers, romantic standalone. Rated 18+ due to mature content. All rights reserved to TheFeveredBookaholic.*

She's a wild, free spirit who sees the good in everyone, and he's the hardened, bad-tempered loner who wants nothing to do with her-yet no matter how hard he tries to push her away, she's the one temptation he can't escape. *** He's never met someone with such a bubbly personality. Not to mention the wildness and odd phrases she says every five minutes. He hates it. He hates how he can't stay away from it. He hates what she does to him; it's not like him to chase after some girl. She gets under his skin like no other. She's never met someone with such a bad attitude. He's ill-mannered and menacing. The glare never seems to leave his face. Considering it all, she can't help but feel the attraction toward him. Dangerous attraction toward a seemingly dangerous man. Maybe it's the tattoos on his arm that gets her attention. Or maybe it's because she can tell there's hope for good under his rough exterior. And she's about to find it, whether he likes it or not. It's no secret that the two of them are complete and total opposites. *** "You like being called Sugar, don't you?" I tease, placing my toothbrush back after finishing. He does the same and gives me a side-eyed scowl. He grips my chin harshly and kisses me. My body temperature raises a good ten degrees and my right leg goes all wiggly. He pulls away. "You like it when I kiss you, don't you?" He teases the same way I did to him and I'm left blubbering. "I think both of our questions are rhetorical," I lower my voice up at him. His lip curls up into a smirk. *** #1 in Young Adult #9 in Badboy #1 in Cold #3 in Goodgirl #1 in Sweetheart #14 in Love *** *Warning* This story contains mature themes (language, scenes)
