Jadis and Audrey were the best of friends. But when Audrey became a person Jadis knew, she could never be, jealousy took over her world. Jadis always wanted to rule and lead. To be feared and respected. She wanted all, but it wasn't gifted to her. Jadis always thought Audrey was selfish for declining the thrown. But Audrey did it with meaning. She knew if Jadis proved herself as she did, the thrown and power would be in her hands. Audrey thought she could never do as good of a queen's job as Jadis, so she waited till her friend knew what needed to be done. That time never came.
