I was surprised when she ran her hands down my abs, almost to the waist band of my pants. "Mila," I warned, watching her bite back a smile. There was unmistakable tension around us and I had no idea where it came from. Maybe it was the alcohol. I stared down at her, watching the sultry look on her face. "What are you doing to me," I muttered, resting my forehead against hers. I barely had a chance to blink before her lips were pressed against mine. My hands found their way to her hips, gripping them tightly as she tugged at my hair. Spinning her around, I pinned her against the wall. It felt like my lungs were going to burst as I pulled away, breathing hard. Mila gazed up at me, her eyes glazed over and cheeks pink. She reached up, wiping what I'm assuming was her lipstick from my lips. I couldn't help but lean down and press my lips against hers again. It was almost as if I was addicted to the way she fit against my body. "Ajax, we're both drunk," she gasped as I bit down on her ear gently. We could deal with the consequences later. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- TW: Mentions of Anxiety, Depression, and some suicidal thoughts Some Mature content - I'll put a warning before ;) Highest ranking in Romance - #8 12/20 Highest ranking in Dance - #1 12/22

I rounded the corner to the hall, only to smack into something. "I'm so sorry," I apologized, reaching down to pick up a book that had fallen. My heart skipped a beat as I looked up, making eye contact with a pair of hazel eyes. "No worries," the boy replied, his voice rich and smooth, "Are you alright?" I nodded quickly, flashing a smile. I was too stunned to respond. Standing in front of me was none other than Prince Everest Dresden Macallister. "Who are you?" he asked, tilting his head curiously. "I'm Aspen," I replied, trying hard not to look away from his curious stare. "Dresden," he said, holding out his hand. I assumed he was going to shake mine, but instead he brought it to his lips, pressing a kiss against it. My breath caught in my throat, my cheeks burning. "Nice to meet you," I managed to say without stuttering. "My apologies, but I have to hurry. Miss Elizabeth has asked me to retrieve something." He nodded, stepping aside as I hurried into the room. I stood there, taking a deep breath to calm myself. Once I was done, I spotted the prince sitting by the window, the book that I'd picked up in his hand. I ducked my head and made a beeline to the door. "Aspen," he called, making me freeze. "Yes?" "Will you be attending the Charity Gala?" ------------------- Aspen's only purpose living in London was to finish her semester abroad. Or so she thought. She finds herself caught in the middle of The Royal Family and their dark past as she scrambles to sort out the course of her future. Never in a million years did she think she would find herself best friends with Prince Everest Dresden Macallister, the next heir to the British Throne. But it's not long before things start going south. Crush or no crush, Aspen doesn't have much time to prove her friendship to the future King. The clock is ticking. And time doesn't slow for anyone, Royal or not.

There are many lines in this world we shouldn't cross: the line between right and wrong, the line between ethics and morals, the line between love and hate... There are many lines that are drawn out for a reason, but they're also drawn out thin, making it impossible to not slip to the other side at least once. ------------- Hannah Hale has never been one to cross the lines. She's never desired to. When her best friend Olivia forces her to sneak into a club one night, she's already crossed the line of right and wrong. Getting caught at the wrong place at just the right time throws Hannah into a whole new world that she never knew about. A world that causes her to cross every line possible. Ace Russo is the heir to the Sicilian Mafia. He's cold, evil, and ruthless. Most importantly, he has no problem crossing the lines. When a drug deal in America goes awry, he's forced to cross the line, and border, by kidnapping a witness and holding her hostage in Sicily. The question is, should lines ever be crossed?
