The Clone Wars are going nowhere as the Seperatists start one fight after another, and Obi-Wan and Anakin are busy going to so many different battles.... Is this still what Jedi are meant to be? Are they not upholders of peace? Obi-Wan starts to question himself about that too... And now when Satine comes to ask Obi-Wan for his aid once again, will he be able to hold himself from emotions, and still live solely by the Jedi Code? Or is the Code even right? As the story goes on, he finds himself stuck: he would either be Turned, or dead, if he was to stay in love with Satine. (Basically a variation of the Siege of Mandalore.) This story follows the point of view of Obiwan, Anakin and Calypso Jinn (Qui-Gons daughter) and how their lives would unfold if Obiwan had been able to save Qui-Gon on Naboo. This is a story of love, loss, heartache, war and friendship. And how these characters experience them all during the span of their lives and either learn from them or become overcome by them.

Satine had a child with Obi-wan soon after he and his master returned her to Mandalore. Obi-wan has no knowledge of this child and neither do any of her subjects as it was said that it was Bo-Katan's for the child's safety and for the safety of the Duchess' reputation. This didn't come as a surprise to the subjects since Bo-Katan already had a year old child, Korkie. Annabella is Force sensitive, very strong in the Force actually but having some control over it never proved to be an issue until she was 17. Now Satine is afraid that she'll have to ask her old love for help in fear that the dark side will consume her daughter and she'll loose her. SPOILERS FOR CLONE WARS: this takes place after Obi-wan's "death" where Satine still hasn't quite forgiven him but before anything happens with Darth Maul. And heads up I will be changing how the Mandalore arc in clone wars turns out.

Obi-Wan had an extended mission on Mandalore when he was younger, protecting the Duchess. We never got to see their story, and this is what I believe could have happened.
