It was regular for any of the people in the Ichiban Kingdom to watch their prince, Katsuki Bakugou, running away from his castle during the night with the villager Izuku Midoriya in his arms. The village loved Izuku, and they were always fond of the prince and Izuku running around together. However, Izuku was an omega. In Ichiban, it didn't really matter. They didn't really go with your secondary gender as your everything (position, class, etc.) That was something completely opposite from the Jotai Kingdom with King Eni Todoroki and Prince Shoto. Status was everything, thus the name. So, when Enji demands the greatest omega for his youngest, he finds that Izuku fits perfectly. He demanded Izuku, but of course, the kingdom refused to. After Izuku and his father get involved in a car accident when he was only fourteen, he finds himself paralyzed from the waist down and stuck in a wheelchair for the rest of his life. With his father passing away in the crash, Izuku is raised through his teenage years by his mother, and he manages to get used to living with wheels. Although his disability keeps him from doing a few things, he still manages to live a decent life and make his way around with ease. However, his life changes when he accidentally runs into a person on the street, causing the tall man to spill his coffee. Izuku is the one to get splashed with the hot liquid, but still feels bad about the incident and offers to pay for the blond's coffee. The man is none other than Katsuki. Even though he's in a bit of a rush, on his way to work, he finds himself falling for a freckled guy in a wheelchair who was kind enough to buy him another drink. When a radioactive nuclear power plant explodes in Japan, most of the country gets wiped out. Only a few lucky people were left alive, others being turned into blood-thirsty creatures. Some simply died on the spot, which is what happened to Katsuki's parents. He was lucky enough to survive, but soon found out that he seemed to be the only living being in Hosu. Him, and creatures who want nothing but to feed on his organs. He only manages to survive on his own for several weeks, until he's attacked and on the brink of death. Izuku Midoriya may have a quirk now, but he's still just another Deku in a network society views as useless. Or I just discovered the Red Shoe Theory and I absolutely had to write something about it.
