He was hardly missed, if you were to ask his old neighbors or classmates who he was they would probably would ask why you cared about that 'useless deku'. Or perhaps they wouldn't even remember the little boy with whose smile always lit up a room. Well it used to that is. No one remembered him, so no one cared when he slipped away into the night after years of being mistreated by society. Itsuki, the night vigilante, the unofficial symbol of peace for both villains and heroes alike. He seemed to be everywhere always protecting and saving the people who failed to save him. Itsuki a shadow no one saw, a savior to the society who broke him. Why is it that the best of us are treated the worse? Why are some saved, but others forgotten? How could someone 'useless' become one of the best?

[beware, i wrote this when i was 14-15, logic may disappear in some moments] Izuku Midoriya, a shy, timid boy with a yet happy and cheerful personality. Karma, the man that could make the devil shudder in fear. _____________________________________________________________________________________ After realising that society saw everything in only black and white; it's either you are a Villain, a Hero or nothing, Izuku's dream of becoming a Hero slowly dissolved. Instead, he wanted to change the world. To him, it didn't matter who the person was. If they needed help, they got help. If they did something bad, they suffered the consequences. Simple. That way, he earned himself the name 'Karma'. Karma was a man, that didn't hesitate to kill or hurt if it meant to avenge the dead or protect civilians. Many, especially Heroes, had twisted opinions on him, seeing that he was still a killer to the law. Yet, he managed to change their options when the USJ attack occurred. Still, there were a lot that wanted to arrest and charge him for murder, breaking the law and god knows what. But there were also those, who took a slight liking in the Vigilante. Later on, Karma would prove himself even more. He would find out informations about the Villains and hand them to the Heroes. Some were highly suspicious as to how he found those informations. But what do you do, when suddenly said Vigilante turns up on your doorstep, bleeding furiously and slowly losing consciousness? You take care of him, of course! Or at leat that's, what Aizawa does. However, what do you do, when you find out that the famous Vigilante is no older than sixteen? When he is just a kid? Yeah, Aizawa doesn't know either. Izuku is a torn, cast out, orphan. His mother had died giving birth to him and his father had ended up throwing him out. Of course, not unscathed. His father had tortured him and used him. Izuku's body is littered in scars and he had been permanently rendered mute from all the screaming. The boy had suffered significant trauma until his quirk manifested. Then the real beatings came. Izuku had grown small stubbs for horns and he had black gorgeous fluttery raven wings, as well as a leathery spiked tail. He had looked like he came from hell, as his father put. When they had gone to see the quirk doctor, they realized that there was much more to his appearance. The boy had many different quirks and he hadn't gained them all. He would have a grand total of 20-30 quirks by the time they stopped maturing. Izuku was ecstatic. He had not only gotten one quirk, but he would have up to 30! When they got home that day, instead of celebrating, Izuku was beaten until he was bruised and bleeding from every part of his body. Izuku was thrown out to the streets to fend for himself a few weeks later. Thankfully he had a small bag full of his limited wardrobe. And that was the beginning of something new for Izuku. The quirk specialist was wrong and he was joyous about it. He hid it by tucking his tail in behind his hoodie and he started wearing hoods in public and around family. At age 11. He left his parents and snuck into a empty apartment and stayed there until he was 13 where he had started volunteering or things and they started to give him money even when he was volunteering. He then spruced up his apartment so the outside looked terrible but the inside looked normal. His mom ended up getting drunk one night months after he left and she died. Izuku Midoriya swore he'd become a hero to his mother. But, he was powerless in a super powered society. No hero agency in their right mind would even think a quirkless boy could be a hero- let alone believe in him. No one did. Not his classmates- who mocked and bullied him for simply being ordinary. Not even his own father- who blamed Izuku for his wife's death, and takes it out on the poor boy. But, even through the guilt of losing his mother, the constant discrimination, the starvation, the bullying, the never ending abuse, and the deadly self loathing, his passion for helping others just wouldn't die. He'd never let his promise to his mom remain unfulfilled. If the world would tell him he couldn't become a hero, then he'd prove them wrong by becoming his own hero- Deku. A vigilante. Izuku's heroic actions quickly made 'Deku' popular. The fact that he isn't a legal hero didn't stop him from saving countless lives, and capturing numerous villains. Heroes from all over Japan tried to catch the vigilante- not to arrest him, but to recruit him. Although, most heroes only wanted the fame and self promotion that came with catching the popular vigilante. Despite the fact that even top heroes tried to catch him, he always managed to somehow get away. --- All Might had his eyes on Deku, even before he became popular. He easily recognized selfless heroic actions from the boy, that seemed like non-existent qualities in any of the current pro heroes. He didn't just want to recruit him- he wanted Deku to be his successor. But, the teen always just barely managed to escape All Might's grip. Or would the temptation of finally having a friend lead Izuku straight into it? And what if the heroes weren't the only ones who thought he'd be a worthy successor?
