You are a specialist your nen ability allows you to control any type of aura as long as you have your eyes on it, you were trained by assassins (no not the zoldycks but they are very close to the zoldycks rank wise). Hisoka and illumi are interested in you because you have made quite a impact on the world. You are known as the hunter/assassin Puppeteer. It begins as a type of origin story for you and him both. You guys are growing up together and you are the only person alive that gets to knows him so well. It also helps that you look almost exactly like his dead sister. Eventually he will become like an older brother to you. He takes care of you and gains your trust, and you his. Though, as your story progresses and you near the age of 18 you find yourself thrust into totally new circumstances whilst taking the Hunter Exam... Also, Hisoka dosent call you "sissy" or "sister" anymore, instead calling you "Love". You have enough self respect that you'd never even think about dating a clown, who also happens to be your coworker, confidant, and best friend? Right? WRONG.
