Fast on a broom, and first to show compassion is all it takes to make friends with Oliver Wood. Well, the broomstick bit is more important, but that other thing helps too. As a school Prefect, I know that I should follow stricter to the rules, but the company I keep prefers a few slip-ups here and there. If I was looking the other way, it didn't happen. And if it happened to me, I can't remember it. Coming of age to an early nineties soundtrack really can't be beat.

She was tired, she was so bloody tired of it all. From the constant nagging and picking and pulling to the waking up at 6 am everyday to do that stupid crap. She didn't think it was stupid really, she just didn't like having to do it. She didn't really like having to do schoolwork either, but she found herself to be fond of the teachers and the curriculums. Most of all though, she didn't mind being at school all too much because it kept her away from the house. She found James to be nice, and Sirius to be troublesome, Peter was quite thoughtful, but Remus, he was kind to her. She had found that Remus was her favorite of them all, he was really very kind to her. What she had really come to see though, was the fact that he had scars too, and that meant they matched. There are certain parts of this story that I will put a trigger warning before but you should keep cautioun when reading because I mention a lot of triggering things and topics in this book including self harm, abuse, mental illnesses etc. Also, the first year is really shitty writing and like the first part of fourth but I swear it gets so much better.
