In the world of a man in blue, his adventures were delivered with the consequences of his opponents. Villains forgotten, betrayed, and murdered, all of them were taken down non-other than the blue fat Italian himself, SMG4. But never would have he have known, that his counters would fling right back at him, a critical hit. With an old foe finally approaches out of his anonymous silhouette appearance, seeking his revenge.

After the crew decides to send Smg4 to meme rehab to deal with his problems, the owner discovers the man's rare meme energy and decides to experiment with him more differently than the rest of his children. Eventually, Four's friends realize they made a big mistake and travel to the facility to rescue him, only this time things take a turn for the worse.
