I'd expected to see dead people in a hospital. I'd expected to see the ghosts of dead people. That's just a typical Tuesday night in my book. This Dean guy's a little different, though. This pain-in-the-ass ghost is somehow still alive, and I accidentally let him drag me into his mess. There's no turning back now.

***Third book in the Strings Attached series*** So, maybe Dean wasn't exaggerating after all when he called this a once-in-a-lifetime trip. Marriage proposals typically don't happen more than once, after all. Will Castiel say yes, or will he break his boyfriend's heart? You'll find out less than fifty words into the book! Allow the title to haunt you as you read, because you know bad things are going to happen, but you just don't know what. You gotta love that feeling of paranoia! I don't really know why I'm writing a description at all because if you read Strings Attached and Fame Crazy, you're practically 350k words into this story already and a shitty description like this isn't going to change your mind about continuing it. If you haven't read Strings Attached and Fame Crazy, go do that right now! I'll wait.

It was a completely normal hunt for a werewolf. Everything seemed to be going great, except for the fact one werewolf turns out to be a whole pack. Dean and Cas thought it would be easy peasy until they get attacked by the whole pack. One thing leads to another and now Dean can see souls and even angel wings.

Dean loved how Castiel practically melted into his hands. He loved being above him and scooping him up via Castiel's lower back and feeling how he draped like cloth. And how feeling his panting breaths on his skin feels like the warmest comfort. Liked placing his hands on Castiel's hips and feeling his hands on his shoulders and arms even if he dug his nails into him. Relish at how aggressive Castiel was at times: pulling on Dean's hair, gripping and digging, the absolute vulgarity he would utter into Dean's reddening ears, the forceful pulls and pushes, how despite being the one taking it he was the one in control. Angels are dicks, at least, that's what Dean Winchester thinks. He stands by his rules, and his rules only that not even his younger brother Sam Winchester, can't interfere. And then, Dean went to hell. Literally. And once he saw the blue-eyed, soft-spoken Angel of The Lord, Castiel, he knew that he brought big trouble. And now that the angel is tagging along, will Dean finally abide a rule he swore he'd never break?

Now that Cas is human, some things are a lot harder to do, but it has is plus sides. Feelings, for one thing, are both pleasant and not pleasant, except when they involve Dean. Nor Dean, Cas or Sam know whether Cas will ever get his grace back, and what is going on with Metatron in heaven. Luckily, they get some help from Charlie and a certain other angel. Together, they try to do what's right, and it leads them to doing things they never thought they'd be doing. Word count: 37k
