-This story is based off the video game's Fallout by Bethesda. I do not own the rights of the game, this is just a storyline I created in that universe. Also, it was very hard to research a Vault to use, I really wanted to base this in New York, so although Vault 23 is already a mod, I am using it in this story. In a post-apocalyptic United States, 228 years after The Great war, Vault 23 is forced to open it's doors for the first time.
