Y/N has been with the BAU for a little over two years. Her and Dr. Reid are best friends. They know everything about each other... Well almost everything.

Summery: Spencer confesses to his best friend, Y/n, that he keeps getting picked on for not having any "wild stories" to tell when the group gets together after bad cases. Reader decides to enlist the help of her girlfriends, having them each randomly find Spencer in bars when he's with the team and flirt shamelessly with him, insinuating he's the love them and leave them type. The problem is they secretly love each other and Y/n is starting to get jealous.

Spencer and Maeve are happily in a relationship together until the new agent steps into the BAU. Y/N is the new transfer and new member to the team. Spencer thought he had his eyes set on Maeve but things change when Y/N and Spencer's friendship turns into something deeper.
