Nothing could have prepared me for the darkest and cruelest of nights living within that forest as opposed to lavish mansions I'd grown up knowing my whole life. If it were my choice, I'd stay the rest of my life within the protective walls of the coven. It wasn't my choice. Any of it. Just like games have winners and losers, I am but a pawn trapped between the players. Do it for peace. Do what exactly for peace? Give up my freedom? What they don't understand is, I won't stay around long enough for them to use me or to figure out how to manipulate those closest to me.
