Some answers to popular questions you might have before reading: Yes, I have shifted. Yes it is 100% real. Yes, the characters in your dr have feelings, thoughts, etc. No, you cannot get stuck in your dr, its impossible you will always find a way to come back to to your cr. you can script a safe word/action if you want to make sure you don't get stuck. No, the characters can't kick you out of your dr.

I am by no means an expert on reality shifting, but over the past few days I have done a lot of research on different methods, scripting, subliminals, and affirmations. When I first looked into shifting I was nervous to join any amino groups or communities, which led me to find a few resources on Wattpad. They helped me a lot early on with the basics, so I decided to make my own. This is a collection of information I have learned from various sources (I will include names when I can) and also my own experiences trying to shift :)
