A new government has been elected in Hazel's world, and a new law has been put into place. A law against anyone with paranormal abdormality and that includes people with paranormal powers. One night Hazel finds out she is one of those with paranormal powers. After listening in on a top secret government conversation Hazel and her new friend Aimee are forced to go on the run....
