Mulan was named 'the Dragon' for a reason. He had tempted fate too many times, and yet still came out alive every time. The warrior refused to give his life up no matter what was thrown his way. His family name had already been stained with high treason; they were criminals in the Emperor's eyes. Survival meant becoming the most skilled fighter in the nation. As he steps on the broken glass, he will learn that a warrior's way is not so simple. His hate for violence will grow and his resentment to his duty will choke him. But life is never so blind. His fight; never unnoticed. Mulan will soon face his own harrowing legend. The worlds themselves have always co-existed beside each other in a line of dimensions...Those that cross these lines are made of shadows and darkness. Once released, they will wreck havoc. A Zevseg kin, and Craalrih master. An angel amongst demons. A forbidden god...These souls will be faced with an unpredictable clash of the darks. The powers will be divided. Mortals, the inner spirits and the immortals will stand in battle. Mulan will encounter bonds that will surpass even the distance of universes. Ones that will re-write the rules that have been placed onto the worlds by fate. "My heart is the legend I leave on this world. This legend of my name - a title - that I have fought so truthfully to obtain will never disappear. My blade is death's charmer, your life's shield. An honour of my wounds." ------------------------ Warriors are not born with strength. Strength is not a skill. It is forged from broken bones and cracked teeth, it seeps Into the holes of the soul. He had strength from the way he smiled at the beasts, For the promises to himself that made him into the battle-worn soldier. He does not need a medal for his name, his name was already a gift from the Heavens. Mulan, the flowers of the sky cry for him. He has lost the sun, but he is a bird. He will always have his wings and song. ---------------- © SpidersandTea 2014

Copyright © ALL RIGHTS RESERVED Started: September 23,2012 "I rule this school. They just don't know that it's me. Why should I tell them, anyways? I mean, what's the fun in that?" Crystal White started a blog when she was a freshman in Grand Dove Highschool. She started the blog called OrangeCookie just to let out her secret talents and her opinions in stuffs, uploading pictures and videos on it to make it more fun but making sure that no one knows or sees her face. She then realizes that the student body in GDH were reading her blog and is agreeing with every word she typed! She then naturally starts to rule the school and decides to continue ruling it for fun... secretly, that is. I mean, who in their right mind would suspect that the bullied nerd was their anonymous queen? Yup, no one. Thought so. Now Junior year, this guy, Zayden, gets MORE interested by this OrangeCookie. Seeing the videos and pictures of her, she must be a real hottie, and is really interesting. Really, REALLY, interesting indeed. He wants to know who OrangeCookie is. And he always gets what he wants. But can he? Can he really find out that the girl he's been bullying since forever is THAT mysterious girl?? Crytal smirks, " You won't know who I am. I am too smart and tricky to be easily tracked down."

The Shadowbearer is made to be a stand alone of sorts and a prelude to Etchings of Power. Etchings and the other books that follow are told from different POVs than the Shadowbearer. They are all part of the interconnected worlds of the Cyclic Omniverse that currently spans 8 books. You can start with any series in the Omniverse. Now, to the blurb: In a world where magic corrupts and kingdoms constantly war, the power that drives the world stirs. It whispers promises of greatness in the heads of the men and women that wield it. Now, it has spoken to the mind of a king. Knight Commander Stefan Dorn, leader of the Unvanquished, has known only war, death and, victory. All in the name of his loyalty to King Nerian the Lightbearer, a man he idolized. Until now. Everything he thought he knew about the King, his people, and his world is coming to an end. At a time when there should be peace, he's once again called to war. Torn between shocking changes at home, his family, loyalty to his men and his King, Stefan wishes only to enjoy life away from the battlefield. But with the new campaign comes a rabid, unforgiving enemy and a potential cataclysm. Follow him as he fights to save his family, his people, his honor, and his birthright from the grips of the shade. Can he save them all? If not, which will he choose, which will he lose? The Shadowbearer is a rousing and engaging prequel to Etchings of Power and a worthy addition to the Aegis of the Gods series. Also free on Amazon, Itunes, and Kobo.

Sam is the most promising swordsman among this year’s crop of Paladin trainees...and knows it. Brash, cocky, and unbeatable with a sword (well, almost), Sam is the kingdom of Thule’s best hope against the violence wrought by demons. The only problem is that Sam is really Lady Samantha, daughter of the seventeenth Duke of Haywood, and if her father has his way, she’ll be marrying a Paladin, not becoming one. But Sam has never held much interest in playing damsel-in-distress, and so she rescues herself from a lifetime of boredom and matrimonial drudgery. Pity that Tristan Lyons, the Paladin assigned to train her, is none other than the hero of her childhood. He hasn’t recognized her as Lady Samantha--yet-- but if he does, he’ll take away her sword and send her packing. Sam is not the only trainee hiding secrets: Braeden is a half-demon with a dark past that might be unforgivable. Sam, Braeden and Tristan set out for the western coast, charged with rooting out an infestation of demons that has made the West unlivable. As they travel, they uncover a deep-seated corruption of power that threatens to derail everything they stand for. Rebellion stirs, led by a rival faction of warriors who tempt Sam to join them with an irresistible offer. A war between men is coming, and Sam must pick a side. Will saving the kingdom cost her life -- or just her heart? Reminiscent of Mulan, but with a medieval fantasy twist, Paladin is a tale of adventure, action, and romance.
