Bulma has discovered that a former employee of Capsule Corp has stolen a Dragon Radar and gathered all the Dragon Balls in secret. This so-called "employee", Chris McLean, then offers the balls as the grand prize for his reality TV show, Total Drama Island, to any teenager who agrees to compete.
