This Fanfic takes place off of the episode "Will the Reaper." when they return back to SH (Shinigami Headquarters) And these two become closer and closer.

Ronald notices something wrong with Grelle. William checks it out for himself and is slightly satisfied with what he sees. But after going though a complete outfit change, it's apparent to everyone now. When Grelle tells William what's really going on, how will he take it? Read to find out.

After Grell Sutcliff finally confesses her love for William T. Spears, (genuinely) she is harshly rejected by the brunette shinigami. Though Will doesn't realize at first, Grell is now damaged beyond repair. She is only a shell of her former flamboyant self, and everyone notices. But Grell doesn't care. She doesn't care about anything anymore. She's finally found a way to deal with the pain of Will's thoughtless rejection, and she is confident that no one will ever find out.
