What happens to people that don't have quirks in a world full of quirks? What happens to the world when one quirkless person finally snaps? Well... chaos happens because that quirkless person wasn't just any normal quirkless person. No, he was a genius and had intelligence that would make Nezu shiver in fear. Using his intelligence in finding people's weaknesses, building technology, experimenting, and leading. Izuku Midoriya would go on to become the Verdant Emperor while his Verdant Guards follow his will. They always told him he couldn't be a hero but no one ever told him he couldn't be an Emperor! They are taken care of by their mother Inko Midotani, and have no Idea who their father, Hisashi, really is. He is just a guy who works overseas and sends money to help with taking care of them. Mikumo does develop a quirk, The power to use any quirk he wants but only if he knows how the quirk works, and has seen it in action. Izuku showed all the signs of getting a quirk, but sadly it never manifested. Mikumo: Purple hair with black tips that is curlier than Izuku's and covers his right eye most the time, Crimson eyes, slightly taller then Izuku even if he was born second. Other than that he looks identical to Izuku. He is a little more... brash & violent than Izuku is. #1 in mikumoakatani #1 in afo #1 in allforone
