One day in UA college, he conveniently ends up bumping into a pretty nice boy, who goes by the name of Shoto Todoroki. When Katsuki meets him, he thinks nothing of it, and expects him to take the piss because he decides not to use his voice. What he didn't expect was that Shoto was the exact opposite. Shoto stays with him throughout his classes and helps him through the hard times he has with other people in the college, making sure to stand up for his friend.
