On the whisper of a summer breeze tinged with the salt of a Californian beach, a new school year arrives. Kira has one more year. One more year before she can obtain her bachelor degree. The skies ahead promise smooth sailing to her long-held goals. However, is that really how things are? William is already hopelessly lost. He's met with a new country, university, and challenges. Only one thing remains consistent in his life-his predetermined trajectory. However, is this what he really wants? Riding on its mysterious waves of change, Kira and William collide (literally) and embark (metaphorically) on a journey of discovery across the waves of life. Because it's not just a new season that's arriving; it's time for the first Season of Hello to begin. Join Kira and William as together they say hello to a new friendship, new realizations, and a new era in their lives.

A cat, a pen, and a legendary pokemon. Before they know it, Chloe Liu, Juniper Zhang, and Jasper Huang are caught up in an uncontrollable see-saw between their familiar world and an alternate universe. At first, this all seems like a messy mistake of time; perhaps some immortal cat has been playing with the yarn ball of fate. However, to the trio's surprise, their coming to this second universe has been long awaited and prophesied as the beginning of an end to a long-lasting era of death and destruction. A composer, an artist, and an athlete. Their skills seem out of place and useless in this strange new world where sages roam the mountains and sword-wielding bandits terrorize the country. And yet bit by bit, things start falling into place. Seemingly random events and apparently insignificant decisions begin to lend clarity to the question: "How might the ordinary achieve the unordinary?" Together, the three learn the answer to this question, here on the passage of time. [cover is drawn by me, please don't use or repost/share without permission!]

Written in a calm, slice-of-life style, this story will follow a young girl's life as she first enters her high school years and embarks on a journey of discovery. Quiet, reserved, and mature for her age, Lotus always thinks of herself as a 'pastel person', fading quietly into the background; nothing more than a backdrop for the brighter, bolder people in the world. However, Lotus is completely content going unnoticed by all, as a major introvert with a dash (ok, maybe more than a dash) of social anxiety. Photography is her solace, her comfort, and her safety line, and she doesn't need anything else, right?
