L'histoire sort complètement du cadre de Station19 et de Grey's Anatomy. Carina et Maya sont en couple depuis un peu plus d'un an. Maya a un passé tourné vers la drogue et va commencer un nouveau job, qui la mettra à rude épreuve. Tandis que Carina termine ses études après vécu une fin de master compliqué. Elle est dans une phase compliquée et pendant cette période, elle survit et subit. Cette histoire sera le point de vue de Carina.
