Here's my description: Percy and Annabeth start normal life again after The Giant War. But there dreams of a life together, and of New Rome cease when Annabeth's nightmares return. She's severally threatened by her past and has to escape if she wants to live. Either way Percy also fights restlessly to keep her safe, but his emotions and trails weigh on him. This nightmare they thought was gone forever had returned. But it's all to late for Luke Castellan. Jealousy and Vengeance take over him, and he'll go through any lengths to make Annabeth come crawling back into his arms.

Percy wakes up to find Annabeth snuggled between his arms fast asleep. He wondered how they had gotten there.. come to think of it, where was "here"??

"Percy?" Annabeth said, looking at him in concern, "Are you okay?" "Yeah," he breathed, "I just-" Percy's sentence cut off as he felt all the blood drain from his face. He felt his stomach lurch menacingly, and he shrugged off Annabeth's hands from his shoulders and flashed out of the room in an instant, leaving them there wide eyed. Within a single second, Percy went from the living room to the bathroom, where he proceeded to empty his contracting stomach. "Percy?!" he heard Frank and Jason call from the living room, and he heard footsteps thumping. It didn't take them long to find him. He hadn't even had time to close the bathroom door. Within a minute, the two of them were standing in the doorway, looking at him in confusion as he violently emptied his stomach into the toilet. "What the...?" Jason said as he looked at Percy.

Annabeth had been through a lot of unbearable pain before. Being a half-blood, she had a lot of experience with pain. But none of those could compare to this. The emptiness- No. Not emptiness. Heartbroken. Grief. Loss. Not emptiness. It hurt so much that it was worse than dying. HE left a whole in her heart. The whole that he left was worse than Luke's. And she hates HIM for that. HE left her a scar that not even ambrosia and nectar could ever cure. HE left her dying. She wanted to kill herself. She wanted to cut herself. She wanted to plunge into the depths of Tartarus, curl up and die. After everything she did to survive, she wanted to give up. But she just couldn't. He wouldn't want her too. He would want her to stop hurting and move on. But she just couldn't. She was alive and dead at the same time. That's how it felt when Percy Jackson died. There was no moving on from Percy Jackson.
