CECELIA "CECE" BENSON is the seven year old daughter of Detective Olivia Benson. She has practically grown up in Manhattan's sixteenth precinct. She loves to hang out with her mom and all of her uncles that worked at the station. She remained shielded from what really went on there; her mother made sure of that. As far as CeCe was concerned, her mom and uncles just caught bad guys and put them in jail. She was far too young to know the truth. Despite how hard Olivia has worked to shield her daughter from the darkness, it begins to force itself into young CeCe's life. It just goes unnoticed at first.
