Now he's everywhere, and so sweet, and absolutely off limits-which, of course, means Julia has decided to mastermind her way into dating him immediately. He needs to get school bullies Ethan and Flash off his back, she enjoys spiting her father (and spending time with Peter, though she's less prone to admit it). Everything will fall into place perfectly. It always does, in Julia's world. The same cannot, however, be said for Peter's, who is completely smitten, whose identity is completely secret, and whose luck never seems to turn his way.
