•• A single look at the razor blade he knew it won't be effective in cutting a few nerves in his wrist. He strode the length of his room anxiously looking around each corner of the room gawking for a suitable sharp object. His eyes settled on the fruit basket, where a large knife was stuck between the medium-sized apples and oranges. Those fruits were recommended by his nutritionist for his vitamins usefulness, however, those didn't help him but the knife comes across to be intriguing and benefitting. With his trembling hands, he drew out the knife and noticed his reflection on the smooth and mirroring surface. His face had paled like ghost, dark eye bags beneath his eyes, his usual twinkling eyes were short of life. His happiness for the past two weeks didn't last for long. To no extent, it tears a collection of tissues of his left wrist. The sharp alloy of steel made its way to the abyss cutting through his couple of nerves. Unable to control the pain building inside his system, he groaned and steadily held the pillar of the balcony. He tried not to shout and moved towards the corner, in the process his foot hit the coffee table resulting in the mugs falling and shattering down. He with his glassy eyes looked down, the marble floor was still clean but a few blood droplets were fast in plunging and making their spot on the ground •• Started-07/12/2021 Completed-24/01/2022
