Daryl finds a girl while out on a run, completely alone, and traumatized. She doesn't speak, she hardly sleeps, but Daryl can tell she's tough. Daryl decides to bring her home, and she's attached at his hip. Daryl becomes protective of her and warns anyone that messes with her will wish they didn't. (So this is a lighter story than what I usually right, everyone will have a little humor, it's what happens when Hazel hangs out with people, they feel vulnerable, and share everything with her. Julie falls for Daryl, but will he ever feel the same way that Julie does?

After bouncing from group to group and losing everyone she cared about, Sloane finally decided that her life would be easier if she was on her own, but what kind of life was that? When Sloane meets a new group of people that care for each other like family, she realizes that maybe she was wrong and that she does need people in her life again. She's the outcast, black sheep, a rebel. She was a photographer before the outbreak who traveled the world. Daryl Dixon shows up with his group and meets the eldest Greene girl who talks back, makes sarcastic remarks, never takes his shit, irritates him, follows him even when he says no and eventually captures the Rednecks' heart. But dear old dad doesn't approve. That doesn't stop his daughter from falling hard for redneck though.

Daryl Dixon is completely on his own. After the Saviors burn down Alexandria, he thinks that he is the only survivor. Living without the group that he has come to love, has left him as nothing more than a shell of the man he used to be. One day after a brutal fight, he stumbles upon a run-down shack in the woods. As he lay dying on the dirty floor, his life is saved by a complete stranger. These two loners find that living life together is so much better than doing it alone. I haven't written a story in the first person since Broken. It's not as easy as it sounds, but I enjoyed the challenge. This story has taken me months to write and I finished it just days after the Season 8 midseason finale. Any similarities to that episode are pure coincidence. I wrote the chapter (You'll know which one) months before Season8 even started. For anyone that is newly following me or reading my books, I write differently than most. You only start to get chapters once the entire story is written. And it finally is. I hope everyone enjoys Angel.
