At 15 years old Sophie Foster has been diagnosed with cancer before she has met her soulmate and is the nerdy girl at Foxfire Highschool. Keefe Sencen is a popular badboy who loves his hair way to much and is 16. What if these two were to be soulmates?

This is a human AU with all the classic KOTLC characters. Sophie is a normal college student. She has her life all figured out.
