Chihiro Izumi is a 15 Year Old that is currently trying his best to be a hero after a certain incident from his childhood caught his interest. His future goal is quite different actually. Sure he wants to be a hero, but he doesn't just want to be a hero because of his power. He wants to be a hero that everybody knows because of his acts.
