Cristina Yang left Seattle to pursue her career, leaving everything behind, including Owen Hunt, the men she loved. But what if it wasn't the end?

Why did Cristina move to Zurich? That's easy, for her career of course. Except for the fact their was more than one reason she did it. She was pregnant. While sleeping with Owen one more time was one of the best decisions she ever made, it was also the worse. She became pregnant and suddenly, moving to Zurich wasn't just the best career advancement she'd ever made, it was also her escape.

After almost three years of having left to Zurich, Cristina returns to Seattle in hope of visiting her friends- perhaps seeking closure. So much has changed, yet so much remains the same. She faces herself with having to confront the traumas of her past- and the love of her life, Owen. The greatest test she'll face is whether she will stay in Zurich and give up the person she loves most, or return to Seattle for good, and forfeit the successful life full of accomplishments she has built away from her friends and loved ones.

She is a brillant surgeon, she owns a hospital in Zurich and won a Harper Avery award. He lives in Seattle, he made a new life with someone great and he's getting married. But they both lost the love of their lives. But one day, she has to perform a surgery in the hospital where it all began. When she comes back, she's not alone. How will Owen deal with this uncovered secret? How will Cristina react to Owen finding out? Read and see.
