Hoshi is brought to Konoha at a young age from Getsugakure under tragic circumstances with her mother Aimi, who is an ex-shinobi of Konoha. There, she makes friends with Rin, Obito and Kakashi. She desperately wants to fit in, but has a deep, dark past that consumes her everyday. As she gets closer to Team Minato, she starts developing feelings for Kakashi.
