Alex gripped Henry's collar so tightly he almost choked. Henry didn't care. Fuck breathing. He licked Alex's teeth and battled with his tongue for dominance. His fingers scraped up and down Alex's back until he found soft curls and pulled, hard. Alex threw his head back, gasping. "You are the most annoying human-" Henry breathed into his exposed throat, placing a kiss on his collarbone. "Love is great and all- Can you guys do this in your own room maybe?" Pez asked

Alex hates his semester abroad in London. There's no good coffee, the accents drive him up the wall, and the weather makes him even more miserable. He's certain that he'll carry on hating it forever until fate steps in and introduces him to Pez and Henry. Henry, the pretentious knob in his literature class. Henry who, apparently, is actually a lot different than Alex assumed. They become fast friends which is great. And totally explains why Alex is jealous of Henry's new boyfriend. Right?

This sequel starts the morning after the election, where Alex and Henry wake up in Texas. There's a lot of change happening around Alex, with his mom starting her second term, June getting serious about writing, Nora starting her new job with FiveThirtyEight. Where does that leave Alex? Read as Alex makes new connections, figures out what he wants to do in life now that he's with Henry, and royally fucks up sometimes. New chapters posted almost daily.

With the craziness of the election gone and a place to call their own, Alex and Henry settle into their new life together. And, even though the people know about their relationship and they are still totally and completely in love (and obsessed) with each other, figuring out how to handle work and life and politics can create some problems.
