George has kept a secret from the world. Even to his best friends. A lie he has lived with for as long as he can remember What happens when George has the ability to go to America for treatment. What happens when Dream himself is at the hospital and just so happens to spot George Of all places.. How will the two best friends meet up take a big turn in their friendship A turn on their lives forever ~~~~~~Disclaimer~~~~~~ I'm no doctor and i don't know much about this disease and im sorry. I've done research to the best of my ability so if i get certain things wrong about it then im sorry I will gladly take explanation as to how I've messed up with the disease and will try to change it If i find out they read this trash story i will be passing away There will be slight swearing. After a joke becomes a reality, George becomes an American citizen in a way he never thought he would: by marrying his best friend. It wasn't a big deal.
