Much like her brother Clint Barton (hawk-eye) she has incredible aim but instead of a bow and arrow she can control fire in her hands. She wasn't born with it, hydra had exposed her to extreme radiation in her early twenties two years after she became an undercover agent. Before that she was a trained assasin.
