When Woody's arm rips, he ends up on the shelf, missing cowboy camp. He and Mighty Eagle rescue a toy from a yard sale, but are then stolen by a greedy toy collector, who plans to sell them and his collections to a museum in Tokyo. This leads to Buzz and many of Andy's toys to go out on a journey to the city to rescue their friends before it's too late.
