Deku was born deaf, but he been having surgery to his ears. He been told one of his ears is better then the other so he has to use a hearing aid so he be able to actually hear. He knows sign language, he could also write. Still speaking was hard. So he was also mute. Deku only knew few words. Kacchan doesn't know deku was deaf. (In this au I'm making it seem like they aren't childhood friends, but they seem their mother talk and drink coffee or tea together but deku was always far away from Kacchan. But they still have nickname for each other.)

So I'm bad at describing stories so I'll tell you what I can In this story Izuku is a female and her name will be Izumi Midoriya and is quirkless... or is she?!?! Her mother died due to her birth and was put into foster care and was soon adopted but her parents only got her to marry a man named Kai Chisaki... Everything was fine until she was suddenly engaged to Kai but would still attend UA. She will still inherit All Mights power and be able to use 73% of it when she enters UA That is all I can explain so keep reading to find out more ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) And just so you know there will be a plot twist!
