Just a simple story about two people who fell in love because they shared and talked. Goku has been sent to a small town by his parents to be taken care of by an old friend of theirs. He thinks they hate him and refuses to talk to anyone. That is, until a certain fire haired boy walks up to him sitting in the rain and just keeps talking even though its obvious he doesn't want anything to do with anyone.

Its vegeta's birthday today(or at least the one the earthlings gave him) and Goku has to distance vegeta. While keeping vegeta busy something happens between Goku and Vegeta.
