My 1st Kataang fan fic and def not my last tehe. Anyway here are the ages; Katara: 18-19, Sokka: 19-20, Aang: 16-17, Suki: 20-21, Toph: 17-18 and Zuko: 21-22. This will only be from the POV of Katara and Aang but details about the other characters will be included.

5 years after the end of the 100 year war and the defeat of Lord Ozai, Fire Lord Zuko and Avatar Aang have succeeded in producing a plan for the new Republic City, that will become a safe haven for immigrants from all nations that have been displaced by the war. When Zuko receives reports of a group of four bandits stealing from the construction site he calls the Gaang back together to figure out their plan. However, Aang is distracted by one key point in the case: there appears to be an airbender on the team of bandits...is he no longer "The Last Airbender?" It's been twelve years since Avatar Aang and the infamous Team Avatar defeated the ruthless Fire Nation and ended the Hundred-Year War, and everything has changed for the better. Aang and Fire Lord Zuko founded Republic City, the Capitol of the United Republic of Nations. Toph has become chief of police, and Zuko returned the Fire Nation, where he plans to rule his homeland the way his father, Ozai, never did. Everyone believes that their trials and tribulations are over, but they'll soon come to realize that they're very much wrong. A new foe has emerged from the shadows, and he has his eyes on one person....Katara.

Set 4 years after Aang's final battle with Firelord Ozai. Peace could only last so long in the world, even with the defeat of the tyranny that was once the Fire Nation. Sorry if isn't great (my first time writing a story) I haven't really planned it but let me know if you like it. The story takes place during there kiss at the Jasmine Dragon. It's cute trust me!
