Gon & Killua, both from 2 completely different worlds. Gon grew up in a mermaid town where he got kicked out by his homophobic Aunt Mito. Killua grew up as a top-notch assassin. But after meeting Gon he had a new job. To protect the small merman, by any means necessary.

People see Killua as this tough quite person, and he is....well at least around every else. But around Gon, he's this shy introverted person. Killua is in love with Gon, but he doesn't know how to tell him, heck he doesn't even know how to talk to him.
