A new generation of Pokédex holders await! Professor Juniper chooses four lucky teenagers to travel all around Unova region with their very own Pokédex. Black, White, Cheren and Bianca strives to beat the Champion and find out what they want to be in the future. Little did Gray know that she would be joining them in their adventures without a Pokédex!! The 5 of them tries to beat each other, encountering things they never expected to encounter: Team Plasma and their King and even the two legendary dragons.

Touko, a young trainer from the Unova region, fulfilled her goal to be Pokémon Champion. Throughout her journey she defeated Team Plasma and fell in love with N, but he left with Zekrom to make up for everything he did wrong. Almost three years later, Touko is having trouble waiting for N, so she goes on Reshiram to look for him. She gets caught in a storm and ends up in Kanto. There she meets the Dexholders, falls for Red, and starts a new adventure. N comes back and Red gets jealous. Then N is led to believe that Touko cheated on him because Genesis told him. Now Team Plasma is reforming with Team Rocket's help! Will our heroes be able to face this threat?!

All Gijinkas have lived peacefully with one another ever since any one could remember, until one day Arceus receives a prophecy that sets him on one goal: Eliminate the Dragon Type Pokémon. Ari has become an orphan because of this, and has lived with her foster parents, Geki the Togekiss and Rose the Roserade, ever since. Well, until they are assassinated by Arceus's troops. When Ari is fleeing from the assassins, she's kidnapped by a Dragonite who shows her the lives the remaining Dragon Types are living, and she sets off on a journey with one goal in mind: To steal the throne from Arceus and give it to a worthy Gijinka.

Virizion has died, and to keep the world of Pokémon in balance, she must be living. Resurrection is not possible with out a key item and there can't be another egg; there is only one solution: she needs a host, and she already has instructed Cobalion of who; a Snivy named Serphisa. Serphisa has so far lived a normal life, working in a rescue team, exploring new places with friends, until Cobalion comes and tells her shocking news: She is to sacrifice her body to host Virizion's soul. A secret team is experimenting on Pokémon, and they are much more careful this time, regarding the Mewtwo inccident. But they aren't creating a new species of Pokémon. Species explorers are made for that. What they are doing, is making Pokémon seem human. Stupid, idiotic, retarded, call it what you want, but as dumb as it may seem, it is more extrordinary than you think. There is a runaway gijinka (as the secret team called it) and the team is afraid that their discovery will end up public. They have to chase it down before anyone else takes it and calls it their own. It must be kept a secret until necessary. But the gijinka has other plans.

When the seven eevee clans are warned about a myseious darkness. It is up to seven shiny eeves to save the day. Each comes from the seven warrior clans, Ice clan, fire clan, light clan, water clan, leaf clan, lightning clan and dark clan. Each stands as their own eevee evolution species.
