Raine Fowler, partner of Domovoi was shot and rushed to the hospital after Domovoi shot and killed Scarlet gang member Luna Navarro of the Williams family. Not wanting others to deal with legal prosecution, he took the blame for everyone's death when he brought Raine to safety.
