Jean has known for awhile now that he has been reincarnated from a past life. As he and his friends are living their new lives, Jean can't help but feel like something is lacking. Then one day, he runs into a familiar face. ••• This fic will be a reincarnation AU, also if you do not like the ship, please do not read. I do not own the Attack on Titan characters as well as the picture used for the cover.

According to his parents, Jean is a moody, rebellious teenager. Being the oldest of four kids, he thinks that he has the right to be, and the fact that his parents are making him go on a vacation that he doesn't want to go on does not help matters. But when he is there, he meets Marco, a sweet kid with freckles everywhere. Jean soon discovers that Marco has suffered from a stroke, but despite the effects, he doesn't let them control his life. Though things seem normal, something weird is going on at the resort. Something that could put Jean and everybody he loves in danger.

Titans attacked and Jean found "Marco" dead. What Jean didn't know was that Marco was actually alive... He was saved by Annie, but had a serious accident. Marco seeked medical attention but had a long recovery ahead of him. Jean missed his friend, and wished he would of been able to say a few things to his friend before he left, and to tell Marco how he had loved him. Marco constantly missed his friend and wished he would have told Jean he loved him too, but the company of a little boy is enough for his sore heart. And once Marco's all better, him and Jean have a sweet and loving reunion... A story about a promise made, and a promise kept...
